Label Story
After blowing all of his money, which was originally set aside for the first official HEWHOCORRUPTS INC release, at ARLINGTON RACE TRACK in the late 90's, RYAN DURKIN admitted himself to a Gamblers Anonymous group just outside his hometown of ELMHURST, IL. There he met future label partner, ANDY SLANIA, during a "gambling-free" coffee break. After discussing their disgust for nickel slots at the WESTWARD HO, in Las Vegas, NV both gentlemen soon began to see they were one in the same. Shortly thereafter they align with another partner, ERIC ROTTERDAM, from CICERO, IL and incorporated the business, HEWHOCORRUPTS INC. ROTTERDAM has since been declared missing after disputing a parking ticket with CICERO police. Though the label by no means endorses gambling or groups affiliated with gambling (except for Gamblers Anonymous) we do feel it is only out of respect that we should thank the horse LUCKY LUCY for funding what has now become the flourishing record business that you have chosen to consume in.
